Who organises Multaqa Qatar?
Multaqa Qatar is hosted by the Qatar Financial Centre Authority and organised by Global Reinsurance magazine.

Who can attend Multaqa Qatar 2012?
Multaqa Qatar is an invitation only event designed to meet the information needs of senior executives at local, regional and international reinsurance, insurance and brokerage firms. To apply for an invitation to attend click here

Is there a cost to attend Multaqa Qatar 2012?
Registered attendees can attend this event free of charge. However, attendees are required book and pay for their travel and accommodation.

Do I need a visa to travel to Qatar?
Yes you may require a visa to travel to Qatar. Our event concierge will assist you organise a visa once your registration has been finalised.

Can you help me organise accommodation?
Rooms are available at the conference venue and a selection of nearby hotels. Registered delegates should contact our event conceirge for help in making reservations on Tel: 0044 20 7618 3094  Debbie.kidman@globalreinsurance.com

Can I arrange meetings with attendees?
Yes. Registered attendees can use our meeting booking facility to schedule meetings with other attendees. The meeting scheduler will be made live from 1st January 2012 and is an automated system accessed through the club room. We will email you a reminder when this is made live.
