Aon Captive Services Group (ACSG), the global captive insurance services arm of Aon Corporation, hasmade a series of appointments and changes to its management team.
Scott Frazier has been named group managing director of Aon Insurance Managers (AIM) Americas, Aon's captive service group, and will be headquartered in Paramus, New Jersey. He was most recently executive director, AIM Americas.
Frazier has extensive experience in the delivery of captive management services throughout the US, Canada and the Americas, and has also held captive domicile responsibility for Asia/Pacific.
Dan MacLean has been named managing director of AIM Cayman). He most recently served as a vice president. MacLean has held a variety of captive management positions within Aon, and has been headquartered in the CaymanIslands since 1998.
Kieran O'Mahony has been promoted to deputy managing director of AIM (Cayman) from vice president and chief underwriter. O'Mahony has served in a variety of captive management, underwriting, marketing and administrationroles in Cayman, Ireland and the UK.
Shaun Reape has been appointed deputy managing director of AIM (Bermuda). He was most recently executive vice president. He joined Aon in 2001, and has served in senior roles for several insurance brokers and insurers for thepast 27 years.
Nancy Gray has been promoted to the position of executive director for AIM's North American operations, from managing director. She will continue to support clients throughout North America from Aon's captive offices inBurlington, Vermont.
Lisa Kremer will serve as managing director of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) unit of IRMG, a risk financing and consulting arm of ACSG. Most recentlya director in the practice, she brings more than 17 years experience in the risk management field to the role, and has assisted a variety of clients in development of Enterprise Risk Management frameworks. She will continue towork out of offices in San Francisco.
