John Fowle, Andrew Voke and Kim Barber are among underwriter promotions at syndicate
Chaucer Syndicate 1084 has announced five senior underwriting management appointments.
John Fowle, Head of the Specialist Lines division, takes on the additional responsibility of Deputy Active Underwriter for Syndicate 1084 and becomes Non-marine Practice Head with responsibility for the leadership of the syndicate’s property and specialist lines underwriting.
Andrew Voke, Head of the Marine Division, becomes Energy, Marine and Aviation Practice Head.
Kim Barber, Head of Chaucer Insurance, Syndicate 1084’s UK Motor division, becomes UK Insurance Practice Head. Kim will have responsibility for the leadership of the Syndicate’s UK Motor and the newly created SME Commercial division. Kim will work with Chris Dixon, who becomes Head of UK Motor and Stuart Dickinson, who becomes Head of SME Commercial.
Announcing these new appointments, Bruce Bartell, Active Underwriter of Chaucer Syndicate 1084 said:
