Jeremy Goodman, managing director of Cooper Gay Steele, is leaving for personal reasons

Cooper Gay has announced that Jeremy Goodman, the managing director of its US based Cooper Gay Steele reinsurance broking operation, has decided to leave the Company for personal reasons. Peter Gorman, Cooper Gay's North America CFO, will assume management responsibility for Cooper Gay Steele reporting to Toby Esser, group chief executive.

Goodman joined Cooper Gay's London office in 1986 and set up the Cooper Gay Asia reinsurance unit in 1996 before moving to New York in 2000.

Toby Esser said: “Jeremy has been a key figure at Cooper Gay for many years and has contributed significantly to the Group's growth particularly over the past ten years. I am very sorry to see him leave the Group and wish him well in whatever venture he decides to pursue in the future.”
