London appointments strengthen Aon’s expertise across direct credit and reinsurance markets
Aon has appointed Uday Tank (pictured top) and Tom Langley-Poole (below) as brokers in its reinsurance solutions credit and financial risks team.


Both will be based in London and report to Rupert Evans, international head of credit and financial risks reinsurance.
The two are both experienced in trade credit risk insurance business.
Tank joins from Phoenix Group, where he served as senior credit risk manager.
Langley-Poole joins from credit insurer Allianz Trade, where he was global programme director.
Each brings around 15 years of industry experience spanning direct credit, insurance and reinsurance markets.
Aon said their combined market knowledge will support the firm’s ability to deliver broader insights and solutions to clients operating in the credit and financial risks sector.
Evans said: “As the global credit market develops within the context of an increasingly challenging geopolitical environment, we believe it is essential to provide clients with the widest knowledge of all facets of the sector.”
He added: “Uday and Tom bring complementary skill sets from diverse areas of the credit market, enabling us to better understand the challenges our clients face and to deliver customised reinsurance solutions.”
