Both appointments form part of Aon’s strategy to accelerate reinsurance growth and strengthen regional collaboration across EMEA.

Secker, who has spent more than 20 years with Aon, will oversee client service delivery and ensure consistency across the firm’s EMEA network.

He currently serves as head of EMEA regional clients for Reinsurance Solutions and will continue to focus on enhancing insurer relationships throughout the region.

De Bosini, who joined Aon four years ago and serves as EMEA strategic growth leader, will lead efforts to connect client needs with global reinsurance capacity.

His responsibilities include aligning broking teams across the region and ensuring a cohesive approach to changing market conditions.

Both Secker and De Bosini will report to Tomas Novotny, EMEA CEO and chairman of international for Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions.

Novotny said the appointments reflected Aon’s commitment to collaboration and technical excellence across the reinsurance sector.

“These appointments reflect our commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes and strengthening our broking capabilities across the EMEA region,” he said.

“Andrew and Daniele bring deep expertise and a collaborative spirit that will be instrumental in driving our next phase of growth,” Novotny added.
