Former CRO of Relm and Validus Re to lead Bermuda-based reinsurer’s risk strategy

Conduit Re has appointed William Randolph as chief risk officer, effective immediately. He will be based in Bermuda and joins the company’s executive leadership team, reporting to chief executive Neil Eckert.

Randolph brings two decades of experience in the Bermuda and London markets.

He previously served as chief risk officer at both Relm Insurance and Validus Re, and has also held senior actuarial roles at leading reinsurance firms.

At Conduit Re, he will be responsible for overseeing the enterprise risk management function and helping to strengthen the company’s governance and capital management framework.
