David Howells takes on senior executive officer role at the broker’s DIFC office, as Tony Saada moves to chair position.

Price Forbes has appointed David Howells as senior executive officer (SEO) for its Dubai office, subject to regulatory approval from the Dubai Financial Services Authority.

Howells (pictured) joins from Roanoke International Brokers in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, where he held the same title.

He previously served in various roles at Besso Re, MENA, including managing director and senior executive officer.

He brings a deep understanding of the Middle East insurance market and significant leadership experience, which Price Forbes said would support its regional growth ambitions.

Tony Saada, who has served as SEO since 2023, will become chairman of Price Forbes Dubai.
