She joins from Guy Carpenter where she was managing director and senior leader within the firm’s global retro business
Lockton Re has announced that Kathy McCann has joined as senior broker and will be supporting client development with a focus on Property business across various segments including Retrocession.

Most recently, she was a managing director at Guy Carpenter, having been a branch manager for their Boston Office and an Account Executive for regional and national P&C companies. She was also a senior leader working with their global Retrocessional business and focused predominately on pro rata placements.
