Former Aon and AXA XL analytics leader to drive digital and data-driven initiatives from the reinsurance broker’s Dubai hub
Lockton Re has appointed Mozum Khan as global head of property innovation and solutions, a newly created role aimed at strengthening the broker’s analytics and digital capabilities across global property markets.

Based in Dubai, Khan will work with Lockton Re colleagues, clients and partners worldwide, the reinsurance broker said.
Adam Troyer, global head of analytics at Lockton Re, said the role reflects growing demand from clients for advanced data-driven tools and insights.
“We are delighted Mozum has joined Lockton Re supporting our drive to provide clients with valuable insights and unparalleled service driven by leading-edge, digital data and analytic tools,” he said.
“The creation of this role is a direct result of the growing demand we are seeing from clients and markets for more innovative solutions underscored by digital insight. Mozum’s enthusiasm for the business, and our dedication to staying ahead of industry trends, make him a natural fit for Lockton Re.”
Khan was previously managing director for analytics at Aon and earlier held senior roles at AXA XL, including head of climate and disaster data and analytics.
He also worked at Catlin as treaty aggregate modelling manager and began his career at Aspen Re.
Claude Yoder, chief data, analytics and digital officer at Lockton, said the appointment underlines Lockton Re’s commitment to digital excellence.
“We are focused on supporting the data and analytical needs of our clients for today and the future, as we ensure sustained growth and success in a digital age,” he said.
Keith Harrison, international CEO of Lockton Re, added: “It’s great to welcome Mozum to the business. This is another exciting and impressive hire, aligning perfectly with our commitment to providing market-leading advice and analytics to our clients and partners wherever they may be based.”
