Nick O’Neil joins Lloyd’s broker’s facultative team
Lloyd’s broker Miller has hired former Swiss Re underwriter Nick O’Neil (pictured) to a new business development and client servicing role in Singapore.
O’Neil is a facultative reinsurance specialist. He was previously a senior underwriter at Swiss Re in Singapore.
He began his career as a broker at Alexander Howden before switching to underwriting in 1993.
In his new role, O’Neil will be working with teams in London and across Asia to produce and place facultative reinsurance business and support existing client service activity.
Miller’s head of Singapore and Asian facultative reinsurance Nigel Cross said: “Nick has a wealth of technical knowledge, account servicing capabilities and experience of working with major clients. He will help us to further enhance our service standards and develop our growth potential in Asia.”
