Atrium Underwriting has appointed James Joll as a non-executive director with effect from 1 January 2005.
Currently a non-executive director of Equitas, Latchways PLC and Wichford PLC, Mr Joll was previously finance director of Pearson PLC (1985-1996), chairman of AIB Asset Management Holdings (1996-2003) deputy chairman of Jarvis Hotels (1990 – 2004) and a non-executive director of Lloyds Abbey Life (1990 – 1994).
Commenting on the appointment, Richard Lewy, Chairman of Atrium, said: “We are delighted to welcome James to the Board.
