French reinsurer SCOR said the arbitration panel on the World Trade Centre indemnification dispute has ruled that Allianz had not exceeded its rights and obligations. SCOR and its retrocessionnaires will pay their share in the World Trade Centre claim.

The additional costs resulting from the full coverage of two distinct events are estimated to be €39m ($58.8m) after tax and retrocession.
