Willis Group Holdings, the global insurance broker, has appointed Guy Ragosta as the Captibe Actuarial Pooling Services regional executive officer in North America.
Ragosta joined Willis in 1992 when its first North American unit dedicated to captive managment was formed in Burlington in Vermont.
And in the past 12 years the team has grown the North American and Caribbean captive operations and now manage over 150 captives, with offices in Vermont, Hawaii, New York, Cayman, Bermuda, Barbados and Tennessee.
In 2003 Ragosta was named CEO of the Captive Actuarial Pooling Services Practices.
