McNamara named chairman and Wadman facultative leader as broker expands senior property and casualty leadership across the region
Lockton Re has made a series of senior appointments to its North American facultative business, including naming Rob McNamara chairman and Craig Wadman facultative leader.

Michael Pope and Jimmy Gulick have been appointed co-leaders of casualty facultative, while Aaron Augustyniak and Sterrett Woods have been named co-leaders of property facultative.
The appointments are effective immediately.
McNamara (pictured) joined Lockton Re in 2021 and has more than 30 years of facultative and treaty property and casualty reinsurance experience.
As chairman, North America facultative, he will advise on the overall facultative strategy across the region.
Wadman joined the broker in 2022 and has more than 20 years of experience across facultative and programmes.
As facultative leader, North America, he will lead the team and oversee delivery for clients.

Lockton Re said its North American facultative business serves more than 200 clients across property and casualty risks.
