The 12th and final Dive In festival will focus on the interaction between AI, organisational culture and the future of work in insurance
Registration has opened for Dive In 2026, with the global insurance festival set to focus on the interaction between AI, culture and talent.

The festival will take place from 22 to 24 September under the theme: “The Human gAIn: Powering culture and connection”.
Dive In, which was launched by Inclusion @Lloyd’s, will mark its 12th and final year in 2026.
This year’s festival will feature sessions exploring how human qualities can work alongside emerging technology, as the insurance sector examines the future of work.
The global event schedule will include industry leaders and headline speakers, including Will Greenwood MBE, Rugby World Cup winner and customer officer at Afiniti, Sarah Armstrong-Smith, chief security advisor for EMEA at Microsoft, and behavioural and leadership expert Jez Rose.
Sessions will cover topics including high-performance teams, human-AI symbiotic relationships, psychological safety and neurodiversity.
The festival will also include formats such as design jams, TED-style talks and debates.
Events will take place across 30 countries and be available in 60 languages, organisers said.
Dive In said the three-day festival will bring together professionals from across the global insurance market to share ideas and examine the future of culture, talent and leadership.
Mark Lomas, head of culture, talent and communities at Lloyd’s, said: “Dive In has been instrumental in bringing the insurance industry together to encourage broadening talent pools and belonging.
“As AI reshapes the way we work, there has never been a more important time to discuss and debate how we maximise new ways of working for the benefit of all colleagues. Dive In is uniquely placed to do this.”
Jen Denby, global head of inclusion and diversity at WTW, said: “It’s important to remember the vital discussions the festival has opened up across the insurance industry over the last 12 years. WTW is proud to have been part of Dive In since the very first year and to have seen it shape the industry for the better.
“Conversations have been started that we once never thought possible, companies have invested to ensure that workplaces are inclusive and foster a stronger sense of belonging, and this has been firmly embedded into corporate values and strategy.
“The festival’s final year marks an important moment for the industry to reflect on what has been achieved and apply those learnings to future challenges - namely that of how to strengthen our workplaces and working systems alongside technology.”
