The event goes international in 2016, carrying the message that D&I is good for business

Registration is now open for the second Lloyd’s Dive In festival for Diversity & Inclusion in Insurance, which will take place between the 27th and 29th of September.

Following a successful 2015 edition, Dive In is expanding outside the London Market this year, reaching a wider local and global audience. In the UK, York, Bristol, Manchester and Chatham will be hosting Dive In UK events, while Australia, Bermuda, Canada, China, France, Ireland, Singapore, Switzerland and the US will stage their own Dive In branded events in and around the festival.

The companies market is also getting involved this year which is extending the festival campaign reach to 1million+ people, making Dive In unique as an international, sector-wide, concurrent D&I festival event. For this purpose, a new mobile App with all the relevant information has been designed for iPhone and Android devices.

The festival message is that the insurance sector needs to be future fit and ready to reap the bottom line business benefits of a more inclusive workplace culture. Families, carers and multi-generational workplaces will be some of the topics featured this year, along last’s years ones of gender, multicultural, LGBT and workability.
