Reporting to Jarad Madea, the CEO of HTCMA, the pair will continue to lead its North America strategy, aimed at bringing the full suite of M&A and capital raising solutions to clients.

Forman joined HTCMA in 2017 and has played an integral role in the growth of the firm’s M&A and capital raising practices. Prior to joining HTCMA, he held various roles at AIG and Willis Capital Markets & Advisory, part of WTW.

Stamatis has been with HTCMA since its formation in 2015. During his time with the firm, he has developed HTCMA’s suite of products and services, advising on M&A, capital raising, and insurance-linked security transactions.

“Michael and John’s well-deserved promotions reinforce their commitment to providing exceptional advice and best-in-class execution to our clients,” commented Jarad Madea, CEO of HTCMA.

“They have made critical contributions to the growth of our investment banking practice into one of the premier insurance-focused banking teams in the industry.”

A joint comment from Stamatis and Forman, added: “We are thrilled to have this opportunity and to be part of such an outstanding company. We look forward to continuing to build the highest-quality and most differentiated advisory practice for the global insurance and reinsurance industry.”
