Verisk has unveiled a new leadership structure for its Property Claims Services (PCS) unit, aimed at deepening its engagement with the global re/insurance market and strengthening its capabilities across catastrophe risk lines.
Harry White (pictured, first) has been appointed head of commercial strategy at PCS, bringing more than 14 years of experience at Verisk and a strong background in risk transfer.
The company said his new role would focus on enhancing client relationships and expanding PCS’s commercial focus in both natural catastrophe and specialty markets.
“I’m thrilled to be joining PCS as head of commercial strategy at such an exciting time for the business,” said White.
“Having spent most of my career at Verisk, I’ve seen firsthand the critical role PCS plays in delivering trusted insights to the global (re)insurance sectors. I look forward to working closely with clients and partners to deepen market engagement and advance the company’s commercial strategy that supports PCS’s growth and innovation.”
Alongside White’s appointment, Ted Gregory (pictured, second) has taken on the role of head of research and operations.
A longstanding PCS team member since 2013, Gregory’s expanded remit will include further development of the firm’s analytical methods and operational transparency.
“It’s critical we continue to advance our commitment to delivering deeper, more analytically rigorous insights in line with growing global (re)insurance and ILS markets,” said Gregory.
“We are continuing to enhance the foundation of our natural catastrophe and specialty market methodologies to ensure they remain robust, transparent, and aligned with evolving client needs. I’m very much looking forward to continuing this journey with PCS.”
Verisk said the updated leadership structure reflects PCS’s ongoing investment in data quality and its mission to act as a trusted partner to the (re)insurance industry.
