Financial lines, inland marine and environmental liability will join Lancashire Insurance US’s existing energy casualty, property and general casualty offering

Lancashire Insurance US has expanded its product portfolio with the addition of financial lines, inland marine and environmental liability.

The new product lines double the US operation’s underwriting offering and complement its existing classes of energy casualty, property and general casualty.

Lancashire said Jason Rubman has been appointed senior vice president, financial lines.

He joins from Axis Capital, where he was most recently head of financial institutions, lower middle market.

Rubman has more than 25 years’ experience in financial and professional lines markets.

Lauren Berry has been appointed senior vice president, inland marine.

She was most recently senior vice president and head of inland marine and inland/ocean marine programmes at Hudson Insurance.

Berry was previously vice president and chief underwriting officer, inland marine, at Travelers.

Janice Nunziata has been appointed senior vice president, environmental liability.

She joins from Everest, where she was assistant vice president and product line manager.

Nunziata has also held roles at Philadelphia Insurance Companies, AIG and Chubb.

Lancashire Insurance US operates under delegated authority arrangements with Lancashire Group’s London market insurance carrier and Lloyd’s managing agent.

The business focuses on the US commercial excess and surplus market.
